1. Order once booked will not be cancelled. If your customer cancels any order, you have to get it dispatched on your address. But I wl still try to cancel it on best effort basis.
2. please create a group & always give address, payment snapshot, dress pic in that dispatch/order group. No orders will be accepted outside dispatch/order group.
3. give complete address including pin code, recipient’s contact number, senders contact number. No orders will be accepted with incomplete address.
4. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of making payment, you can followup for tracking number.
5. If you receive defected material or different order, you have to inform us immediately when you receive it by sending pic of the material you received. Once we agree to refund/replace it, you have to send the material
back to us & give the tracking slip within 7 days of receiving the parcel. The refund/replacement will be done once we receive your parcel. No refund/replacement will be done if there is delay in sending the parcel from your side or the parcel is lost in transit.
The shipping amount for the reverse parcel will be same what was charged to you when you ordered it.
6.If your order do not reach in time & there is delay due to some reason like courier company lost it etc, you have to wait till the matter is sorted out with the courier company etc.
7. If your parcel is delayed somehow, please ask for tracking number from me & follow up with the courier company. It should be a collaborative effort but first try should be done from your end.
8. If recipient is living in a far flund or remote area, then it is your duty to check with the customer that
which courier service delivers there.
9. Please confirm the shipping amount with me in case of multiple design orders. There might be possibility that your order is sent in multiple parcels from different places…
